Xi'an Ying Hua Ait Training Center is located in Xi'an Software Park, and it is a specialized agencies proving pre-job training for enterprise. This center mainly provide services for Japanese-oriented software outsourcing enterprises, has signed recruitment and Commissioned training contracts with many enterprises in the park and employ, train and provide high-quality personnel for the enterprises according to the contracts.

The training contents provided by this center are Japanese, Japanese-oriented software outsourcing processes and relevant software applications. There still are 20 places for Commissioned training, if qualified after selection, the candidates will be trained and find employment in the park.
